This year the YWCA of Charleston asked The Media Center if we could again use our knowelge to live steam and record the Women of Achievement lunch. Of course we said yes, because we are more than happy tp help honor women who are working so hard to empower women. This year The Media Center pulled out all the stops, mutipal cameras, professional live sound mixer, graphics, live feed of the event at the event as well as to the internet, and recording the event and posting it to YouTube so people could go back and watch it again and again.
March 28, 2012 - The Media Center provided live news and interview coverage via-satellite in Parkersburg, WV for the “Change the Future WV” that hosted a Two-Year Anniversary Event from noon until 1:30 p.m. today at Parkersburg Country Club. The event was free and open to the public, highlighted successes of the initiative over the past two years and included discussions of how the program has made a positive impact on the health of Mid-Ohio Valley communities since its beginning and now being started in other regions of the state.
On Saturday March 3, The Media Center had a video production shoot for the YWCA at our in house Studio. We are putting together a video production for the YWCA’s 100 Years of Service Anniversary. It will be showcased at the “2012 Women of Achievement” Gala, March 9, from Noon-1:30pm at the Embassy Suites in Charleston, WV. The Event is held to honor Women of Achievement and YWCA’s Leading Change For 100 Years.
