West Virginia Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) is what it is all about. There are Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites throughout West Virginia to help for free file returns and answer questions about EITC eligibility.

Charleston WV, February 24, 2012 - Tax season is here and the Internal Revenue Service estimates that each year West Virginians eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) leave millions of Earned Income Tax Credit dollars unclaimed.
